How do I book?

Please go to our contact page and fill in the form with all your relevant party or event information. Sunny will respond with our availability and email you our Price List with booking T&C's to quote for your event. You can also email us direct to sunnykidspartiesperth@gmail.com or text/call 0410140855.

When is my party confirmed?

After you have received your quote and read the T&C's, advise us that you want to book. Sunny will send you an invoice with all payment information, there is a 50% non-refundable booking fee which must be paid within 48 hours of confirming your booking. The booking date will not be held unless the booking deposit has been paid. We require full payment to be paid before the event. We accept bank transfer, card or cash on arrival.

What happens if I cancel?

We understand life happens and you might need to cancel your event, the booking deposit is not refundable. This is due to the admin costs and us reserving your event that could result in our loss of business for that date. If you would like to change the date or reschedule to another date we will do our best to accommodate subject to our availability and a further $50 admin fee will be charged. If for any reason Sunny Kids needs to cancel we will offer a full refund or offer a credit for another date.

What should I expect on the day?

Sunny Kids Parties will provide you a run time for your event, we always ask how many kids will be attending so we can plan our time, so its important to give us accurate numbers as close as possible (we know this can vary on the day). We paint around 10-12 kids per hour which includes proper face painting with glitter. We supply our own table and chairs so when we arrive we just need a space to set up that is out of the wind, rain or sun and ground that is level. In summer we require shelter from the sun and prefer to be indoors with air conditioning where possible. Likewise, in winter we cannot paint in the rain so indoor events have priority. That being said we love outdoor and park events when the weather is conducive.

Can you cater to large events?

Yes we certainly can, we have ample experience doing large events such as the Perth Royal Show, Bunbury Show, Toodyay Moondyne Festival, Dardanup Bull and Barrell Festival and much more. We can provide full event set up with make-up chairs or stools for toddlers, marquee, a numbering system and all staff carry WWCC and $20mil PLI. To expedite the wait time we create a custom menu for your event with line buster designs for PPF events.

Can you travel out of Perth?

Yes absolutely we love travelling and regional events are fantastic! We even have our own fairy floss pink SUNNY Caravan we just need time to arrange booking a site and travel time. Please contact Sunny direct to discuss options, we can do PPF with a retainer/travel fee added to the cost.

You're in Dianella, what is the travel fee if I'm an hour away?

So we don't mind travelling an hour to jobs, but bear in mind if we have 3 events all north of the river in one day and then in the middle of the day we need to take an hour to drive each to and from a gig, we could potentially be earning 2 hours worth of work in the north. So sometimes it just wont work for us. However, if it works in our schedule we charge a travel fee depending on the kms/time travelled.

Are your products safe?

We only use FDA approved skin safe products and reputable brands like TAG, Diamond FX, Fusion and Art XO with proper hygiene practices. As with all cosmetics, there is no 100% guarantee so please advise us if your child is sensitive to chemicals and we can do a small patch test or try paint the arm. We do not recommend allowing your child to sleep with the face paint on or leave it for more than 4hrs.

How do I remove face paint?

We recommend using mild soap or face/body wash to lather into the paint with warm water, using soap first will break down the paint making it easier to wash off. Applying water directly to the paint can reactivate the water based pigments and cause the paint to stick to the skin and result in staining. Wet wipes are not sufficient to properly remove the paint. The best way is to pop the kids in a bath or shower before bed and use a wash cloth with soap to clean the face.

Do you paint in costume?

Yes we do! However we now have our gorgeous NEW Sunny Kids Parties uniform as an option and can be offered at a reduced rate.
